Both workshops are open Saturday to Thursday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM, and closed on Friday. Roadside assistance runs 24 hours on a separate hotline (see below).

A 12-point check-up by Rangs Workshop before a long drive, to reduce the chance of a breakdown on the road. Call 01683 888 888 to arrange it before you travel.
Does Rangs Workshop offer roadside assistance?
Yes. Emergency roadside and mechanical breakdown assistance is available 24 hours a day across Dhaka City. Call 01683 888 888; a technician visits and solves the problem, or arranges towing to the workshop if needed.
Can Rangs Workshop tow my car to the workshop?
Yes. Call 01683 888 888 and a tow truck brings the vehicle to the workshop, where trained technicians take over. Confirm the towing charge for your location and time of day when you call.

- Drive in to the Dhaka or Chattogram workshop during service hours. Ask whether the 70-minute express service applies to your job.
- Send the enquiry form on the contact page, or email mitsubishi@rancon.com.bd, for parts, warranty or recall questions; the team calls you back.
So the quote is complete, ask: whether the work is covered by warranty or a recall; the charge after inspection and what it includes (parts, labour, VAT); the completion time; and whether the genuine parts needed are in stock. Service charges are not published on this website; the figure the workshop gives you after inspection is the official one.
